About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join our Finance team. This role is integral to supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes in a dynamic manufacturing and biotechnology environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results, producing variance analyses and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with operations, R&D, and commercial teams to understand cost drivers and provide financial support for decision-making.
- Create and maintain financial models to support business planning, capital investments, and product cost analysis.
- Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs tailored to the needs of a manufacturing and biotech operation.
- Support the continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting tools, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics and related BI tools.
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership, board meetings, and other key stakeholders.
- Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles; experience in manufacturing preferred.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort building and maintaining financial models.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ERP and ability to extract and analyze financial and operational data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Compensation: $70,928.00 - $102,856.00 per year
