About the Role
 Danimer Scientific is seeking a Temporary Compounding Operations Technician to support hands-on production activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is a temporary role that will be employed and processed through a third-party staffing agency selected by Danimer Scientific. This role may have the potential to be converted to a full-time Danimer Scientific position, dependent upon individual performance, business needs, and production demand. Conversion is not guaranteed. 

What You’ll Do  

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to work independently and follow SOPs
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Preferred
Forklift experience or certification
Experience with plastics materials or compounding processes
Manufacturing software or production systems experience
4–8 years of manufacturing experience

Schedule & Eligibility
10 -12-Hour Shifts
Days or nights, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Must be authorized to work in the United States
No travel required
No supervisory responsibilities

This position is a temporary assignment employed through a third-party staffing agency. Pay, benefits, and employment terms are administered by the staffing agency. Any potential transition to a full-time role with Danimer Scientific is dependent on performance and business conditions and is not guaranteed.
